At BEC + BRIDGE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or refund on full-price items within 21 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your generated shipping label and drop your package at any authorized postal location or schedule a courier pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
